Acceptance of the terms and conditions: By participating in any activity organized by our trekking company, it is considered that the client has read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions in their entirety.
Participant Responsibility: Participants must be aware of the risks associated with trekking activities, including, but not limited to, personal injury, property damage, and risks inherent in the natural environment. Participants assume full responsibility for their own safety and well-being while trekking.
Health and physical condition requirements: Participants must be in adequate health and physical condition to participate in trekking activities. Any pre-existing medical condition must be disclosed to the company prior to the activity. The company reserves the right to deny participation to any person who does not meet the health and physical condition requirements.
Security: The company is committed to providing a safe experience and will take the necessary precautions to minimize risks. Participants must follow all the instructions given by the guides and respect the established safety regulations. The company is not responsible for the reckless or negligent actions of the participants.
Cancellations and changes: The company reserves the right to cancel or modify any trekking activity due to adverse weather conditions, security problems or other unforeseen circumstances. In case of cancellation by the company, a full refund or a suitable alternative is offered. Participants may also request changes or cancellations, but may be subject to additional charges depending on the company’s cancellation policy.
Equipment and supplies: Participants are responsible for bringing their own suitable trekking equipment, unless otherwise stated in the agreement. The company can provide a list of equipment recommendations. The company is not responsible for any damage or loss of personal equipment during the activity.
Photography and promotional material: By participating in trekking activities, participants grant the company the right to use photographs and audiovisual material in which they may appear for promotional and publicity purposes, without additional compensation.
Limitation of liability: The company is not responsible for any personal injury, property damage, loss, theft or expenses incurred during trekking activities, except in cases of gross negligence or breach of legal obligations by the company.
